1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation. Participants are eligible to enter the contest only once. Winning entries are subject to the verification and approval of the Sponsor. All entries must be received by midnight PTZ (8/26/2008).

2. Prize: The Grand Prize is a Jawbone BlueTooth device. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is approximately $129.99. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. All entries must be submitted during the contest period as stated on TheOfficeMaster.com [8/5/2008 – 8/26/2008]. After the contest period, Theofficemaster.com shall choose one Grand Prize winner who has the best entry based on the following criteria (in addition to meeting eligibility requirements) including, but not limited to: creativity, uniqueness, thematically relevancy to assigned product category, articulation, and grammar. The prize winner will be determined within three (3) weeks of the end of the competition. Theofficemaster.com will notify winners via email only and issue all prizes via postal mail. Winner must have a valid email address and valid mailing address in the United States to be eligible to participate and collect their Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered, lost or damaged prizes and none will be replaced. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. Void wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Conditions of Entry: By entering, entrants (i) agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, and (iii) agree that no claim relating to any damages, losses or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor, or its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies. All entries become the property of Sponsor. This competition is operated by Theofficemaster.com in the United States and is subject to U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies are not in any way responsible or liable for altered, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries, or human, telephone, computer, or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections). Sponsor is not liable for undelivered prizes due to incomplete or inaccurate email or physical address information. In addition, Sponsor is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the competition or use of the Grand Prize or other prizes. By entering this competition, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the competition or receipt or use of any prize.

5. Miscellaneous: Incomplete entries are void. All federal, state, local and provincial taxes and all income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this competitions as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. In the event that the competition is compromised by a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the competition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email address. To do so, email info@theofficemaster.com and type “Contestant Address Change” in the subject line.

6. Additional Terms: Any and all disputes relating to this Promotion or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of California and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

7. List of Winners: To request a list of winners, please send an email to info@theofficemaster.com, subject: Blog Contest Winners, requesting the list of winners during the stated contest promotion period. The winner of the main prize agrees that his/her entry and/or story be allowed to be published on the Theofficemaster.com website with a link to his/her website.
