A Guide to Life Inside the Cubicle

Develop Good Posture

Most office workers know that sitting still in an office chair for 8 hours every day can have some pretty serious negative side effects.  Aside from the obvious ones, like bad circulation from lack of exercise, deteriorating mental focus, and the occasional desire to go jump off a bridge, many people (myself included) also develop some wacky posture as a result of excessive chair slouching.
Well luckily for us hunchbacks there is now a device that aims to torture buzz people into having proper posture.  The iPosture is a one-inch button that clips to your shirt and vibrates when you slouch.  If used for at least four hours a day for the first two to four weeks the button will apparently help you establish good posture.

the infomercial is hilarious :) but if this thing really works, offices should make it part of the workstation.
